Your tasks

  • Operating and monitoring machinery used to manufacture technical components.
  • Carrying out quality checks and documenting production data.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Servicing and maintenance of the machinery to ensure that operations run smoothly.
  • Contributing to the optimisation of production processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support with the training of new staff in machine operation.

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as a machine operator (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), production worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as a machine operator (m/f/d) for technical solutions is desirable
  • Sound knowledge of operating production machinery and equipment
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and a structured approach to work
