Your tasks

  • Independent inspection, maintenance and testing of building services equipment
  • Customer-focused fault rectification and rapid on-site problem-solving
  • Proactive repair and maintenance of technical installations
  • Support for our customers’ technical operational processes
  • Communication with tenants, landlords and subcontractors

What you need 

  • Completed training as a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) engineer (m/f/d), a mechatronics engineer specialising in refrigeration technology (m/f/d), a central heating and ventilation engineer (m/f/d), a gas and water plumber (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • A Class B driving licence and a very good command of German
  • An independent, responsible approach to work, combined with the ability to work as part of a team and a customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility, personal responsibility and a passion for technical challenges
