Your tasks

Receipt and inspection of incoming goods deliveries
Checking delivery notes and accompanying documents
Recording and posting goods receipts in the ERP system
Monitoring delivery dates and stock levels
Handling of discrepancies, shortfalls and complaints
Close cooperation with purchasing, warehousing and logistics

What you need

A completed vocational training as Goods Receiving Clerk (m/f/d), Warehouse Operator (m/f/d) or Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Initial work experience in goods-in, warehousing, purchasing or materials management is desirable
Secure handling of MS Office
Experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP
The ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills
