Your tasks

  • Operational management of the shift and coordination of staff
  • Ensuring quality checks and rework processes
  • Documentation and tracking of work and test results
  • Support with logistical processes, material flow and stock movements


What you need

  • Completed vocational training as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) Quality Assurance, Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Quality Inspector (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) in quality assurance is required
  • Confidence in handling measuring and testing equipment; willingness to work shifts; a Category B driving licence; and forklift and crane operating certificates would be an advantage
  • Technical understanding and strong organisational skills
