Your tasks

You independently upgrade our production machines – including tool and gripper changes – ensuring everything is ready for the next job.
You operate state-of-the-art plant machinery and actively take responsibility for smooth operations.
Change of contract? No problem! You change instruments, reload the machine and monitor the processes.
You recognise and rectify faults independently – whether by replacing components, hoses or seals – you keep production running.
You are documenting all relevant production data reliable within our system

What you need

A completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in industry or a similar technical environment – ideally directly on machinery
You bring technical understanding, quality awareness, and a sense of responsibility.
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written, for confident communication within the team and for documentation.
And: You are ready to work in a 3-shift system – and bring flexibility and team spirit with you
