Your duties

  • Independent order processing from start to finish
  • Communication with customers and international partner hauliers
  • Cost calculation and selection of carriers
  • Compliance with all regulations relating to customs, dangerous goods, the Code of Conduct, the FCPA, etc.)

This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d) / Freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in an international air and sea freight forwarding company
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CW1
