Your tasks 

  • Handling customer enquiries over the telephone
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction 
  • Support with long-term care insurance premium management



What you need

  • Completed commercial training would be an advantage; alternatively, career changers with experience in customer service
  • A genuine enjoyment of working with customers and a service-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken 
  • Good computer skills and excellent communication skills
