Your tasks

  • Supervision of apprentices (Electronics Technicians for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d))
  • Planning and managing training activities
  • Further development of the training concept and training structures
  • Involvement in demand planning and selection procedures
  • Maintenance of training and education plans
  • Organisation and management of trainee projects

What you need

  • Completed vocational training as Electronics Technician – Industrial Electronics (m/f/d), Electrical Installer (m/f/d), Industrial Electrician (m/f/d) including further training to become a master craftsman or technician
  • Several years’ professional experience as an electrical engineering trainer (m/f/d)
  • Successfully passed the trainer qualification examination (AEVO)
  • Category B driving licence and passenger car
  • Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with young people
