20 years at SYNERGIE – We’ve got every reason to celebrate!

On 4 October 1999, Oliver Geiger joined SYNERGIE Personal in Pforzheim.

A lot has changed since then: new laws, the introduction of several collective agreements, and pay – but Oliver Geiger hasn’t. Over the past 20 years, the qualified communications electronics technician has worked for various companies, sometimes as an office assistant, sometimes in administration, and at other times as a fitter or mechanic. He has remained loyal to SYNERGIE all these years.

„We are delighted to have an employee who has been happy with us for so many years. Mr Geiger is hard-working, reliable and highly valued by us,“ said Area Manager Ines Wolf-Vetter, as she presented the gift basket to him on site.
„We’re always delighted to have your support. You’re doing a great job,“ explains Erich Mai, divisional manager at KLINGEL. This medium-sized family-run business dispatches five-figure numbers of parcels every day and operates one of the most modern logistics centres in Europe. “If the workload allows, we’ll always have „a little spot“ for you here at Klingel. You’re always welcome here,“ adds Tanja Eiselein, the on-site contact for the project staff.

And here at SYNERGIE, we, too, are proud to have had such a competent and reliable member of staff for the past 20 years.
