La demanda de mano de obra es elevada: seg\u00fan datos actuales del IAB (Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n sobre el Mercado Laboral y la Formaci\u00f3n Profesional), hay 1,93 millones de puestos vacantes. Los responsables pol\u00edticos buscan la colaboraci\u00f3n con empresas y asociaciones. El documento estrat\u00e9gico presentado recientemente contiene cinco ejes principales:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Enfoque en la formaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nSe pretende que las profesiones que requieren formaci\u00f3n profesional vuelvan a ser m\u00e1s atractivas. El Gobierno federal quiere ayudar a las empresas a centrarse m\u00e1s en los grupos profesionales afectados por la escasez de personal cualificado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Garant\u00eda de formaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nLos adolescentes y los j\u00f3venes adultos que hasta ahora no han podido encontrar una plaza de formaci\u00f3n tienen la oportunidad de acceder a una formaci\u00f3n interempresarial plenamente reconocida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Potenciar la formaci\u00f3n continua:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Gobierno federal quiere potenciar la formaci\u00f3n continua e introducir una ayuda a la cualificaci\u00f3n con la que la Agencia Federal de Empleo deber\u00e1 fomentar la formaci\u00f3n continua en las empresas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Mejor conciliaci\u00f3n entre la vida laboral y familiar:<\/strong><br \/>\nUna de cada dos mujeres activas trabaja a tiempo parcial. Para facilitar la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida familiar y laboral, el Gobierno federal apuesta por incentivos fiscales y una mayor oferta de servicios de cuidado infantil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Modernizar la ley de inmigraci\u00f3n:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Los t\u00edtulos de formaci\u00f3n, los conocimientos ling\u00fc\u00edsticos, la experiencia profesional y la edad ser\u00e1n los criterios para obtener una \u201etarjeta de oportunidades\u201c, inicialmente de car\u00e1cter temporal. Esta se basa en un sistema de puntos y tiene por objeto facilitar el acceso al mercado laboral alem\u00e1n a los trabajadores cualificados procedentes del extranjero. Se ha anunciado una nueva ley de inmigraci\u00f3n para finales de oto\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas alemanas necesitan urgentemente el apoyo de los responsables pol\u00edticos para hacer frente, con estrategias adecuadas, a la escasez estructural de mano de obra y de personal cualificado a medio y largo plazo. En SYNERGIE llevamos a\u00f1os\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/synergie.de\/es\/blog\/neustart-mit-jobperspektive.html\/\">la formaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes<\/a>, para cubrir nuestros puestos de trabajo internos, \u00a1y a largo plazo!<\/p>\n<p>En el actual curso de formaci\u00f3n hemos vuelto a aumentar el n\u00famero de plazas de formaci\u00f3n. En septiembre, ocho j\u00f3venes comenzaron su formaci\u00f3n. Se est\u00e1n formando en las siguientes profesiones: \u201et\u00e9cnicos en gesti\u00f3n de oficinas\u201c (2) o \u201et\u00e9cnicos en gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos\u201c (6). Teniendo en cuenta todos los cursos de formaci\u00f3n, SYNERGIE cuenta actualmente con 15 aprendices.<\/p>\n<p><b>Demanda y oferta formativa<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en toda Alemania las cifras de formaci\u00f3n profesional siguen registrando un descenso preocupante: seg\u00fan la Oficina Federal de Estad\u00edstica, en 2021 iniciaron una formaci\u00f3n profesional 470 000 j\u00f3venes. Tras el m\u00ednimo hist\u00f3rico registrado en 2020, el a\u00f1o de la pandemia, esto supone \u00fanicamente un decepcionante aumento del 0,3 %. A modo de comparaci\u00f3n: antes de la crisis financiera de 2008, hab\u00eda 600 000 nuevos alumnos en formaci\u00f3n, y desde entonces la tendencia ha sido a la baja.<\/p>\n<p>En 2021, alrededor del 40 % de las empresas no pudieron cubrir sus plazas de formaci\u00f3n profesional. Al mismo tiempo, 24 000 personas que buscaban formaci\u00f3n no encontraron una plaza. En el futuro, se pretende mejorar esta correspondencia, ya que la brecha entre la demanda y la oferta formativa es demasiado grande. Por ello, el Gobierno federal quiere ayudar a las empresas a centrarse m\u00e1s en los grupos profesionales especialmente afectados por la escasez de personal cualificado. Entre ellos se encuentran la artesan\u00eda y la construcci\u00f3n, las profesiones sanitarias y educativas, el sector de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y el comercio.<\/p>\n<p><b>Llega la garant\u00eda de formaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Parte de la iniciativa del Gobierno federal en materia de formaci\u00f3n es tambi\u00e9n una garant\u00eda de formaci\u00f3n para todos los j\u00f3venes adultos. Y es que, seg\u00fan el informe sobre educaci\u00f3n del Gobierno federal, uno de cada siete j\u00f3venes carece de formaci\u00f3n profesional. Este proyecto ya figura en el acuerdo de coalici\u00f3n del Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Con la introducci\u00f3n de una garant\u00eda de formaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno federal prev\u00e9 la incorporaci\u00f3n de 20 000 nuevos trabajadores cualificados al a\u00f1o. Siguiendo el modelo austriaco, el Estado quiere garantizar una formaci\u00f3n financiada a todas aquellas personas que no encuentren una plaza de formaci\u00f3n. Actualmente, el 19,4 % de todas las empresas imparten formaci\u00f3n. Para SYNERGIE, la formaci\u00f3n es y seguir\u00e1 siendo un elemento fundamental de la estrategia empresarial. Para que nuestros aprendices puedan iniciar con \u00e9xito su vida laboral, reciben todo nuestro apoyo.
