We\u2019ve put together some information for you on why it\u2019s still worth applying right now, and how you can use the summer to boost your chances of landing the job.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fewer applicants = less competition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The supposedly more challenging conditions for job applications in the summer mean that fewer people bother to apply. If you do apply, however, you\u2019ll be up against significantly less competition than during the rest of the year. What\u2019s more, the quality of applications often drops, as many applicants, caught up in the heat of the moment \u2013 or rather, the summer \u2013 tend to be a bit slapdash with their documents.
