Your tasks

  • Operation and set-up of Tornos vertical turning machines (Siemens and Mazak)
  • Monitoring the continuous manufacturing process
  • Inspection of components for dimensional accuracy to the nearest micron using measuring equipment
  • Rectifying minor faults
  • Tool change
  • Documentation of production and measurement data

What you need

  • Completed vocational training as CNC Turner, Machining Technician, Precision Machinist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in operating long-turn automatic lathes independently
  • Experience in working with Siemens and Mazak control systems
  • Reading technical drawings and sound measurement practices
  • Willingness to work a two-shift system
